I offer a recipe for a yeast test for all occasions. This is a budget dough, as it is cooked without eggs and milk. This versatile dough is perfect for pies, pies, rolls, whites, pizza and other yeast-based pastries.
First, prepare the dough. Crush fresh yeast.
Add sugar to them and grind with a spoon into the liquid mixture.
Pour in all the water, the water should be warm, in no case hot.
Add 100 g of flour from the general norm.
Stir the mixture well with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
We cover the dishes with dough with a kitchen towel, put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes, so that the yeast is activated.
When the dough is suitable, add vegetable oil, salt.
Add a little sifted flour and knead the dough. Do not add all the flour at once, as the flour can be of different humidity and may need a little less or more.
Knead the dough until it begins to lag behind the hands and walls of the dishes. The dough should be soft, elastic and not very dense.
Grease a clean bowl with vegetable oil, transfer the dough into it, cover with cling film or a kitchen towel. Then we clean in a warm place for 40-50 minutes to rise.
The dough should increase by 2-3 times.
We put the dough up on the table or on the cutting board and you can immediately start any baking.
You can bake pies, pies with any filling.
You can bake rolls, donuts with garlic, pizza.
The dough is very fluffy, elastic, sculpt and bake from it whatever you want.
