Over the past two weeks, she probably cooked it already about five times, slightly changing the cheese-curd component. Added mascarpone, ricotta, cottage cheese – I liked the cake in all cases. The only remark is that you need to take the curd to wipe the fat through a sieve or grind it with a blender. If it is dry and sour, it is better to add soft butter to it.

Crispy apple pie
Everything needs to be done quickly, so immediately turn on the oven at 180 ° C degrees.
- Prepare the mold, I have a ceramic 24 cm.
- Lubricate the bottom and sides with butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar or crackers.
- Remove core from apples and cut into slices.
- Sprinkle apples with lemon juice immediately so that they do not darken.
- Mix flour with baking powder and add a pinch of salt.

- This dough is dense and slightly moist.

- Lubricate apples with melted butter on top.
- Sprinkle sugar on top.
