Delicious, juicy and aromatic!
- flour – 2 cups.
- apple – 1 kg.
- butter – 150 gr.
- sour cream – 0.5 tbsp.
- soda – 1/2 tsp.
- vinegar – 1 tsp.
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- eggs – 1 pc.
Mix softened butter with sifted flour, then pour in 0.5 tbsp. water and mix well.
Add soda, slaked with vinegar and knead soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Cut the peeled apples into thin slices…
Roll the dough and put it on a baking dish, put the apple slices on top.
Prepare the cream: beat 1 cup sour cream with a mixer, 1 tbsp. sugar, egg and 2 tbsp. flour. You should get a liquid cream.
Pour the cream over the dough with apples and bake at 200 C for 45-50 minutes.
Cool the finished cake and sprinkle with icing sugar.
