Lavash snacks came into culinary fashion several decades ago – this was influenced by the appearance of the eastern republics in the Soviet Union. Preparing such snacks is quite simple, the main thing is to choose the right composition. Among the necessary components for preparing a hot snack from thin lavash: two thin fresh lavash; one egg; one onion; a clove of garlic; vegetable oil, preferably olive oil; 300-400 grams of a mixture of pork and ground beef; 200 grams of cheese; 20 grams of fresh parsley; spices to taste, ground black pepper and table salt.
Peel and finely chop the onion. It, together with the crushed garlic, must be immersed in a blender and beat until smooth. Add chopped parsley and spices to the mass.
All prepared components should be mixed with pre-prepared minced meat. It is necessary to mix all the ingredients, you can do this with your hands, not cutlery.
Next, you need to do pita bread. One thin pita bread should be cut into four halves. Grease each side thoroughly with oil. Then spread the meat mixture on the sheets.
Cheese is rubbed on top of it; ideally, you should use some kind of hard variety, Russian or Dutch. The dish is wrapped in pita bread according to the principle of shawarma – you need to carefully bend the edges so that the mass does not leak out during cooking.
The appetizer is laid out on parchment laid out on a baking sheet. From above it is smeared with a beaten egg.
Everything is immersed in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. It is necessary to gradually change the position of the tubes and make sure that they do not burn. The straw should be served warm.
